Implementing Observability with Open Source: A Grafana Labs Chat

  • Altimetrik Collider 1500 Woodward Avenue Detroit, MI, 48226 United States (map)

Details:

Join Matt Stewart, a Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, for an overview of Grafana Labs, and implementing observability with open source technologies.

Today's applications are more complex than ever, but to keep them running smoothly, you're always faced with the same goal: find and fix problems before your users tell you about them. Join this session to find out how modern observability allows you to determine the root cause of app failures quickly, and learn how to implement a bottom-to-top Open Source observability strategy to cover each part of a running application. This involves using metrics (Prometheus), logs (Loki), and traces (Tempo). Then, pull it all together using Grafana dashboards and alerts to provide a clear window into your environment to do rapid root cause analysis to keep your apps up and running.

Special Note: Right after this event, join us as we walk across the street for the Startup Detroit Summer Happy Hour! (click to RSVP)
